The version from the vendor requires Champion Rank with the Underworld Exchange reputation track to use and costs 75,000 Credits and 2 Cartel Market Certificates.
Both versions look the same, and both can be bought or sold on the GTN. If the vendor version is bought on the GTN, it still requires the correct Reputation to use.
