While Mek-Sha isn’t a traditional daily planet or Reputation track like Onderon is, it does have some interesting repeatable quests and heroics and secrets.
We’re Wanted Men

The We’re Wanted Men quest is part of The Death Sentence on Twelve Systems achievement, which when completed, will grant you the Honorary Bouncer’s Badge toy item. This heroic is available for both factions, unlike the other Mek-Sha heroics.
We’re Wanted Men is picked up from the glowing blue terminal near where you land on Mek-Sha. On Republic side it’s just a few steps away across a little bridge from the shuttle where you land. On Imperial side in The Red Zone where you land it’s a little further – just look for the glowing blue terminal.

These fights are fairly difficult. A skilled player will be able to solo them with some practice, but you can also simply bring a friend along to help. I highly recommend using Heroic Moment and Unity to heal for these fight. There’s also a fun implant called Second Wind Package that heals you for 20% health whenever you defeat an enemy which could be very useful as these fights have many enemies. If you are dying to these fights, take a look at the Difficult Fights tips guide to find ways to become stronger or better at combat.
[HEROIC 2+] A Matter of Respect

The A Matter of Respect heroic on Mek-Sha is only available Imperial-side. You can pick it up from the Brothers Messenger near where you load in (not at the blue terminal).
Use the heroic shuttle to get there or quicktravel to Slugfall Cantina and head inside.

You are looking for glowing blue datapad on the floor to right-click.
Then walk or quick travel to Three Points. Look for a glowing blue book on the floor to right-click.

Then take the bridge to the south to the swirling quest marker. Enter via the stairs/ramps with a blue tent over them and enter via the green door at the bottom.

Inside you’ll fight the Jedi. Focus on the medic first. This is a rough fight alone.

To choose the light-side option to falsify the data, you right-click this strange glowing blue spot on the ground. This will send you on an additional quest step.

To turn in the data as the dark-side option, LEAVE the green door area, go back up the stair ramps, and right-click the glowing blue cantina table at the top of the stairs.

The dark-side option will then send you to the Brzo’s Well area, near the Back Road Medcenter quicktravel, and head in the green door.

There you’ll have a tough fight on your hands against the Dire Skull Battlelord.

[HEROIC 2+] Junking Jott’s Crew

The Junking Jott’s Crew heroic on Mek-Sha is only available Imperial-side. You can pick it up from the glowing blue terminal near where you land on the planet. Then use the Heroic Shuttle to get in front of the door.
There’s a bonus to defeat 20 of Junker Jott’s Crew.
I found this heroic quite tough solo. If you die, you can easily return to medcenter and run back, the medcenter is nearby. Focus on killing one enemy at a time with your companion, because it will stay dead the next time you come back.
The large blue terminals are part of a bonus to find and destroy 4 of them.

Sabotage Atmosphere Control Unit: This is the small blue keypad you can right-click.

There is 1 blue terminal in the atmosphere room.
Sabotage the Main Line Water Pipe: This is in a DIFFERENT AREA. You must LEAVE the green door, and walk around the corner, and enter a different green door.

There is 1 blue terminal in the water room.
Sabotage the Generator: This is in a DIFFERENT AREA again. You must LEAVE the green door, and walk around the corner, and enter a different green door past a snaking path.
It’s a glowing blue circle on the wall. There are 2 blue terminals in the generator room.

[HEROIC 2+] Brotherhood Emancipation
The Brotherhood Emancipation heroic on Mek-Sha is only available Republic-side. You can pick it up from the glowing blue terminal near where you land on the planet.
The key card is from the Lieutenants at the end of the hallway near the blue computer. There is a bonus to also right-click four of the glowing blue computers. These computers are hidden all over, it’s a fun area to explore.

Freeing the slaves is right-clicking the glowing blue cage doors once you have the key card.

To find the Brother Overseer, Imperial Lieutenant and final computer, find the narrow catwalk stairs going upwards.

Tips: I had a lot of trouble getting my companion to follow me up here, so try dismissing and summoning your companion before starting the fight. After that, focus on killing them one at a time – if you defeat one and die, you can come back and do the other one after. This is a Heroic 2+ so is not designed to be done alone, but a skilled geared character with a high influence companion can solo it – otherwise, bring a friend!

[HEROIC 2+] Breaking the Yoke
The Breaking the Yoke heroic on Mek-Sha is only available Republic-side. You can pick it up from a yellow Twi’lek a little deeper in to Mek-Sha from the landing platform, quite a bit past the glowing blue terminal where you pick up the other quests.
Find the Witness: THIS IS NOT A PERSON. You are looking for a datapad that can be hidden one of many places.

It will look like a glowing blue datapad, hidden somewhere within the circle radius on the map, which you can see by hovering over the swirly symbol on the map for Breaking the Yoke.

The datapad can change places within the circle radius.

Defeat the Slave Trader: This is in a very small green door up a ramp on the same map.

Tip: If you have extremely good DPS as a stealther, you can sneak in, kill the Slave Trader, then when he dies every other enemy will disappear.

Speak to the Trader kneeling on the floor. He will not have a quest marker over his head.

You can arrest the slaver, kill the slaver as a Dark-Side choice, or release the slaver as a Light-side choice. This is a side quest and your choice has no major consequences.

After that quicktravel or taxi to the Red Zone, go to the instance, then start fighting anything you see. Then fight the Dire Skull Warmaker.

[HEROIC 4] Turf War (Broken Quest)
BROKEN: The [HEROIC 4] Turf War quest is broken and can not be completed. eventually you will get to a step to fight and there will be no enemies there to fight. This quest got replaced by We’re Wanted Men, but for some reason the old broken version is still also available on the quest terminal. You can pick it up from the glowing blue terminal near where you land on the planet – but don’t, because it’s broken.
Once you’ve picked it up, it’s not clear where to go on the map – quicktravel to the Slugfall Harbor to go to the Slugfall Cantina, or rather don’t, because it’s broken.

Then head up the stairs and into the cantina.

Once inside the cantina, you can pick from one of four gangs to represent.

Depending on which one you pick, you will fight the other three’s champions:
- Defeat the Dar’manda Challenger
- Defeat the Harido Wald Liquidator
- Defeat the Dire Skull Battlemaster
- Defeat the Nova Blade Lieutenant
The representatives you pick from won’t have quest markers over their head, just look for them on the map then right-click the NPC in that location.

What is supposed to happen next is you go in the nearby cantina, and fight the enemies. But it is BROKEN, and no enemies will appear inside there. At a certain point, it was removed from the quest terminal, and replaced with the We’re Wanted Men quest – but at some point [HEROIC 4] Turf War popped back up on the terminal, uncompleteable.
Help Wanted Quest

Help Wanted it not a heroic quest, but does show up on the heroic terminal. Instead it’s a set of daily rotating exploratory quests. Guide
SWTOR Help Wanted Tradehouse Quests and Mek-Sha Friend of the Tradehouse Secret Achievement
Slugfall Cantina Quests

The Mek-Sha Decorations Missions are a set of tasks to complete from a datapad in Slugfall Cantina on Mek-Sha, that once completed, unlock up to 6 decorations purchasable from a vendor. These quests are not heroics, and not repeatable, but are one of the ‘secret’ quests on Mek-Sha. The quests starts with The Prototype on the Conspicuous Datapad.
Achievements

There is an achievement called Mek-Sha: True Heroism which asks you to complete 50 Heroic Missions on Mek-Sha. It gives no reward, just achievement points.
There’s also the The Death Sentence on Twelve Systems achievement which asks you to become the ultimate VIP room champion and defend your right to party in the face of relentless troublemaking. That’s part of the We’re Wanted Men questline and achievement rewards.
