Rishi Pirate Gear Armors in SWTOR

Rishi Pirate Gear is specifically rewarded from doing the Shadow of Revan expansion quests on Rishi. Unfortunately, if you have already auto-completed the expansion, or have deleted the pieces you got, you can not go back and get another set and there are no look-alike armors available elsewhere in the game.
