Right outside the Concierge Heroic Mission area, this lore object is a small plaque under a Corellian banner, next to a red speeder.

Corellian Government

Halfway between the Republic and Imperial bases in the Government District, this lore object is a small plaque directly underneath the largest statue in the Coronet Museums area.

Coronet City

Halfway down the road from The Bastion, this lore object is a small plaque on the south side of a wall, east of the two covered bridges.

Located in the middle of Monarch’s Green, this lore object is a small plaque just north of a large fountain in the middle of the park.

In the northwest corner of labor valley, this lore object is a small plaque up against a wall with a huge chunk blown out of it – directly east of the 90 degree bend in the road.

This lore object is available to both factions: however is located in different faction-specific areas – this is the republic lore object, just south of the spaceport exit, on a small plaque near some imperials hiding under a billboard.

This lore object is available to both factions: however is located in different faction-specific areas – this is the Imperial lore object, a small plaque in the “Czerka Island” in the southern edge of Incorporation Islands.

The Legislature

This object is only clickable by the republic, despite imperials being able to reach it. Halfway through the Capitol Square, head south of the water fountains and climb up the break in a wall to a higher level. The plaque is in front of the statue on the corner of the platform, guarded by a sith.

This lore object is available to both factions: however is located in different faction-specific areas – this is the republic lore object, a small plaque on the ground floor of the beginning tram station.

Corellian Engineering Corporation

This lore object is imperial only – located in the building that leads to the CEC island, it is a giant holosign in the entranceway, and is the aurebesh letters for “CEC”. Behind a flaming broken turret, the sign is visible from outside the building.

The Corellian Rebellion

This codex entry is a little quicker to get to as imperial or by taking the Biological Warfare shuttle, as driving here from the worker tenements requires you to take a very long road north and then turning back. Check the side of the road for a glowing blue sandbag. This is the lore object!

Right in the center of Green Jedi Territory, the associated lore object is small plaque on the edge of the large water-feature.

Drall

Just southwest of the Uptown quicktravel, this lore object is a shelf inside the Drall Library building. Enter from the north, and take a left at the entrance. The shelf is glowing blue on the left hand side.

Down inside the ditches of the Selonian Tunnel Network, this lore object is a small plaque sitting in front of a large, scrap-metal looking art installation.
