Every year, Star Wars: The Old Republic celebrates it’s anniversary by giving away free gifts to players who log in and visit the Anniversary Vendor during the Anniversary Event.
The 10-Year Anniversary event will be running for a full year! You can get these rewards from December 14, 2021 to January, 2023.

Anniversary Vendor
The “Anniversary Personnel” vendor can be found on the Republic or Imperial Fleet in the Strongholds & Crew Skills section of the Fleet, near where you buy a stronghold.
The vendor has all the past anniversary rewards available as well as a few new ones available every year, and each one only costs a whopping zero credits.
All the items are cosmetic.
Free Coruscant & Dromund Kaas Strongholds
Additionally both the Coruscant and Dromund Kaas player housing Strongholds are available during the Anniversary Event for only ten credits each, practically free. The developers joke that this is the deal that gets worse every year, as next year during the next anniversary in 2023 it will cost eleven credits.
