The Dantooine Festival of Abundance event is a limited time event in Star Wars: The Old republic where you can head to Dantooine, find out about the mysterious happenings in the Blba Grove, and earn some unique farm-related decorations during this once-yearly event set in the spring that lasts about one month. Players who are level 20+ and have their ship in the story can participate in this mostly peaceful, silly event.
UPDATE: The 2026 event will take place March 10, 2026 to around April 6, 2026 with a new reward Mobile Abundance Basket for tokens.

Thank you player Zahk for all your help on this guide to make it easier for other players to find the quest objectives!

How to Start
To start the Dantooine Festival of Abundance event, go to the Republic or Imperial Fleet and right-click the glowing blue terminal near a tables with pies to the east or the west near the elevators. Be aware, if there is another event happening at the same time, there may also be a floating blue terminal nearby, which is not where this event’s quest is.

An Agricultural Opportunity
All players can easily pick up the starter quest An Agricultural Opportunity, but you will need your ship to get to the event – some enemies will be your level but others may be higher level. Once you have the quest, use your galaxy map to fly to Dantooine – make sure to select ‘Blba Groves’ as the location to fly too, as if you go to ‘old Dantooine’ area, you will not be able to find anything related to the new event.

A Real Fixer-Upper
Once you arrive in the Blba Groves, you can speak to the nearby Ubog Ozo green Twi’lek questgiver. This will give you the next quest, A Real Fixer-Upper. You will need to complete this fairly short exploratory quest between Tatooine and Dantooine before you can actually do the dailies for the event.
Part 1 will have you walk north to the farmstead, where you will need to investigate the strange disturbances by standing on the black and red steam on the ground, and clicking the temporary Investigate button when you are close enough.

Part 2 will have you investigating the instanced areas nearby, and fighting Corrupted Beasts that appear – these will spawn at your level and more may appear when you walk into the red and black disturbances on the ground. They are not too tough to fight, but make sure your companion is out with you.

It’s Honest Work
After you return to the Twi’lek quest giver, he’ll send you to old Dantooine. You can take the shuttle to get there, to find they waylaid courier, they are located more on the north side of the quest marker, near the dam.

To read the recovered datapad, left-click it in your quest log or right-click it from the Mission Items tab of your inventory.

To locate the supply shipment on Tatooine, fly to Tatooine and then run towards the quest markers and stand on the spinning quest markers.

To use the Handheld Scanners, left-click them in your quest log or right-click it from the Mission Items tab of your inventory. To use the scanners to scan for the supply shipment, left-click the Handheld Scanners from your quest log, or right-click it from your mission inventory. Move your mouse around to look around, and left click glowing yellow-blue boxes to scan them. Right-click to zoom out again, and press ESC on your keyboard to exit when you’ve found them.

Back on Dantooine in the Blba Groves after talking to the Twi’lek, head back to the farmstead to repair various glowing blue items by right-clicking them, the nanswer your holocom.

Home on the Strange
The final part of the story quest, Home on the Strange, did not become available until the third week of the event. To start it, after you have finished the previous Festival of abundance story quests, right-click the terminal near the green Twi’lek to pick it up.
This short quest will send you to the caves hidden below the farms in the previously red-doored instance… and will give you three unique options to choose from at the end on how to handle the corruption in the Blba Groves!
Quests
All Abundance Festival rewards cost Spring Abundance Festival Ribbons, earned from quests during the event. You can see how many you have in the Currency tab of your inventory. Doing all the daily/weekly quests on one character will earn you around 2,000 Spring Abundance Festival Ribbons the first time you run the quests, and you can hold up to 10,000 at a time. You can complete the quests on as many characters as you would like, you are not limited to one character. Spring Abundance Festival Ribbons are legacy-wide. Some quests are one-time, others are daily, and others are weekly.
There is a theory that more quests will become available over time. Check back next Tuesday! It’s clear the story is not yet complete.

[One-time] Seed Sourcing Preparation Quests
The Seed Sourcing missions are simply quick shopping trips to stock up on seeds that take place in the area mentioned in the titles.
Seed Sourcing: Nar Shaddaa

Tips:
- For Nar Shaddaa, head to the Lower Promenade. Just south of the giant hutt statue is an Inventory Terminal to interact with. You’ll find nothing you want, so go to the northern one next, in between the biochem and artifice trainers. Again, no hits, so head up the ramp to the Upper Promenade and head left to the kiosk just outside the GSI building west of the Feast vendors.
- This third terminal will be what you want, so to place an order, right-click the terminal. This starts a shipment back on Dantooine, so go back to Blba Groves.
- Go north toward the farms to grab the shipment on the side of the road, and then further north to deposit the seeds in the bin.
- This quest showed up in the first week of the Festival of Abundance Event 2024.
Seed Sourcing: Mek-Sha

Tips:
- For Mek-Sha, take a taxi or quicktravel down to the Three Points area and leave the Bazaar on the western bridge. You’ll find the Harido Wald Shipping Terminal right here at the end of the bridge. After using it, grab your shipment located down the hallway to your right (when facing the terminal) and under the starship in this hangar area. It’ll be locked, so continue west and pick up the security key from the table. Finally go back to the shipment under the ship one more time before leaving.
- Simply head back to Blba Groves and go north to the farms to deposit the seeds in the bin.
- This quest showed up in the second week of the Festival of Abundance Event 2024.
Seed Sourcing: Fleet

Tips:
- For the fleet, check the center cantina area for a shady merchant. He will sell all 3 seeds you need for 15,000 credits each.
- BUG: On Imperial-side, if you find the vendor but are unable to interact with him because he i stuck in the floor or a wall, try changing instances using the large map.
- Simply head back to Blba Groves and go north to the farms to deposit the seeds in the bin.
- This quest showed up in the third week of the Festival of Abundance Event 2024.
Seed Sourcing: Dantooine (not available right away)

- This seed-sourcing quest is so easy you just walk over to the box and deliver it. It’s as simple as it seems for an easy 400 tokens.
- This quest showed up in the fourth week of the Festival of Abundance Event 2024.
[WEEKLY] Creature Rehabilitation

Tips:
- This mission takes place on Rishi, Hoth, and Alderaan.
- PART 1 – RISHI: Fly on over and exit the main city to the west and follow the mission marker to an area of nests past the waterfalls – you can quicktravel to Blaster’s Path Cantina to save time. Examine any of the Orokeet nests on this path (there are a few near some trees at ground level, and some across the road up the hill) and it will summon a silver-level Tonitran to fight. Examine the nest a second time to get the bird. Once following you, safely quicktravel back to the docks and interact with the glowing blue creature cage.
- PART 2 – HOTH: On Hoth, the Tauntaun locations to scan are slightly north of Gargaths spot in the Jagged Plains. Republic players can use the Frostclaw heroic shuttle to get here fast, but both factions have good quicktravels. Once standing directly on the objective quest marker on the map, a yellow temporary ability to scan should appear.
Do this three times, and the third location will direct you to nearby nests. You must right-click a nest. Once acquired, take the tawn fawn back to the Jagged Plains outpost for your faction – not the starting base. There is a large glowing blue crate to right-click outside. BUG: If the ability does not show up, try backing away and walking back towards the quest marker. - PART 3 – ALDERAAN: On Alderaan, the nerf grounds you’re looking for are halfway between Outpost Talarn for imps and House Alde Library for republic, so quicktravel or taxi to either (it does not have a good quest marker until you get close). You’ll find a bunch of sick nerfs on the path called Illness Stricken Nerf Calf. Slightly further north of them is the vet equipment you can right-click, they are glowing blue boxes. Near a nerf, you’ll get two temporary abilities; using the first one unlocks use of the 2nd, so Scan then Cure the sick nerfs. Quick travel back to the nearby city to turn in your stinky baby. Then head back to Dantooine! BUG: If the scan ability does not show up, try backing away and walking back towards the quest marker.
- PART 4 – DANTOOINE: On Dantooine, head up to your farm and go into the green-door with your three new creatures in it and walk over each of them. The care guide is a glowing blue datapad to right-click on a table inside the building, which will send you around to collect supplies.
- GROUP BUG: You will need to be in your own instance to progress, it doesn’t work in a group and will get stuck on the book-reading step.

- To pet, scan or heal your creatures, you must be very close to them and select them, then click the ability on the temporary ability bar. BUG: If the ability bar does not show up, try backing away and walking back towards the creature.

- Right-click the gates and then bring your creatures to the crates to send them home!
[DAILY] Festive Footwork

Tips:
- This mission takes place in Blba Groves.
- Head down to the Holo-Pole just down the road from where the mission terminal is and press the temporary ability that pops up.
- Wait a minute and a half and you’re done!
[WEEKLY] Festival Pastry Sampling

Tips:
- This mission takes place in Blba Groves.
- Festival Pastry Sampling is a very simple mission – go to the tables across from the mission terminal and eat from each of the four pie types.
- In order to have a pie be available for sampling, a player must complete Patissier for a Day and make the pie. You can only make one pie a day. If you are alone and no other players are making pie, you cannot complete Festival Pastry Sampling.
- This is a seasonal event that’s sure to draw a lot of players though on less populated servers like Leviathan or when playing outside prime time for your server, keep in mind Pastry Sampling requires at least 4 players willing to make different pies during Patissier – or log in quickly on alts and make your other pies for yourself. Any pie made and placed at the sampling table lasts exactly 10 minutes.
[DAILY] Patissier for a Day

Tips:
- This mission takes place in Blba Groves.
- Enter the building to the right of the mission terminal and select a baked good to make for the day by pressing the glowing button in front of the displays. Keep an eye on the tables outside the shop, as players doing Festival Pastry Sampling will need to sample one of each pie to complete it. If you see any pies that aren’t being made equally, choose one that’s most in-demand at the moment to make completing the sampling daily easier on yourself and others.
- Next you’ll interact with the recipe table, then head back out of the shop. Past the sampling tables and down near the holo-pole are a few tents with different ingredients stored under them. The one you need will be glowing blue.
- The next step will be to “Gather Remaining Ingredients”. These are all store d in a side-room of the bake shop, so head back. Similar to the Feast of Prosperity cooking, all of the items are interactable but only 3 are correct. These are listed as mission objectives, so it can help to simply mouse over each item in the store room one by one. If you see the mission objective in the tooltip, you still need that item!
- Next you’ll head back into the main room and combine the ingredients in a tin on the table in the image above – a temporary ability will appear when standing at the table. Shove what you made in the oven and bring it out to the tables outside to complete the mission.
- GROUP BUG: There is some issue with this quest when you are in a group together. You may need to leave group if you want to make different pies, as you can not make your own instance. However you can work together to make the same pie at the same time.
[WEEKLY] Cultivation
The Cultivation weekly ONLY becomes available from the quest terminal once you do the Seed Sourcing quest for the current week (you need to get seeds first).

Tips:
- This mission takes place in Blba Groves. Head north to the large farm warehouse and interact with the terminal inside to take control of a farm probe.
- The first phase of the mission is to sow some crops. Y0u will have three abilities to do this – First grab each kind of seed from the three boxes in the middle of the field. This will enable Sow Seeds
, which you will use to plant them by placing the aoe on the green arrow indicators in the dirt. Then, grab some water from the tank on the north wall of the enclosure. This enables Hydrate
, which is a short Line AoE you can drop across each row of crops. Finally grab Fertilizer from the pile next to the shed you started in, and channel this Fertilizer
AoE overtop each patch. - To move on to the next phase, go back into the shed and interact with the panel on the floor. Time will pass and the crops will start to sprout. Pests will attack, and you must drive the drone back to each patch to eliminate them with specific abilities. Fumigate
is a point blank AoE used to take care of the flying enemies. Deter
is a focused laser attack you can use on each crawling lizard pest. Finally the Controlled Burn Probe
is an AoE you can click and drop onto each of the vines growing on the final patch. Return to the shed afterwards. - Time will pass again. Exit the shed one last time and harvest 3 of each crop, and come back into the shed to complete the mission.
- Group: You can do this with friends who also have the quest, it’s really fun. You must go on standby together.
[DAILY] Zap-a-Fish

Tips:
- This mission takes place entirely within Blba Groves. Start by heading north, past the farms, all the way to the northwest phased area and grab a beverage.
- Directly behind you will be the interactable radio to start some music, then interact with the blanket to settle in and start fishing.
- To fish, your screen will populate a helpful temporary ability bar with 6 moves, shown in the image above. The first four are pretty obvious, it moves the fishing droid up, down, left, and right around the pond. The pond is actually a 3×3 grid of 9 positions, so don’t worry about accuracy, controlling the droid is easy.
- The last two abilities are to zap fish and to quit if you need to stop early. To catch your 15 fish, move the droid over the green circles that appear and simply press the zap button. This is more akin to Whack-A-Mole than fishing, with the green circles disappearing at different rates. The largest ones linger for about 5 seconds, while the smallest circle of fish stay for about 10. If you’re having trouble catching fish, stick to the small circles, or at least stop trying to get large circles from across the grid. Due to the grid structure of movement, it’s impossible to “miss” a fish by zapping between circles – the droid always moves directly on top of each.
- After 15 are caught, the droid will move to the east shore of the pond where you can collect your haul (which gets stored in your REAL inventory, so have 3 or 4 empty spaces ready). You’ll be awarded different sized bags of different fish species, depending on how many of each size of circle you zapped.
- It has no bearing on completing the mission, so it may be achievement related later. Simply deposit the fish into the repopulator on the southwest side of the pond to complete the mission.
[WEEKLY] Egg Hunts
Egg Hunt will send you across the galaxy to different locations to find eggs. There are two locations per week, and each location wants you to “find” 5 eggs. The eggs are well-hidden within the quest marker area, and are a light glowing blue – to find them, right-click them.

- LOW-LEVEL WARNING: This quest takes place on different planets and the nearby enemies are the appropriate level for those planets. You may still be able to egg hunt by avoiding them, or stealthing, or going while other players are clearing the area of enemies.
- Once someone in the area right-clicks an egg, the egg stays around for about 60 seconds, then it disappears.
- So if you are playing with a group, instruct your group to come to you and then right-click the egg, rather than clicking it and then telling them.
- I’m not sure exactly how it works, but when an egg disappears, it sometimes come back fairly quickly in the same location over time, but other times it takes a while. If you find an egg, and it disappears, a new egg may appear somewhere else. So there is always eggs around to find.
Alderaan Egg Hunt: Juran Mountains
On Alderaan, the eggs you’re looking for are halfway between Outpost Bolym for imps and north of House Alde Library for republic, so quick travel or taxi to either (it does not have a good quest marker until you get close). Look around the trunks of trees and in bushes!
This quest showed up in the first week of the Festival of Abundance Event 2024.
Alderaan Egg Hunt: King’s Pass
This egg hunt on Alderaan is in the far east. Imperials quicktravel or take the taxi to Outpost Talarn or House Alde Library for Republic. Nearby enemies are level 33.

Look up little snowy paths up the mountains, and behind or around tree trunks, on the outer edges of the quest radius on the map (I didn’t really find any in the center). Here’s some of the places I found eggs.

This quest showed up in the fourth week of the Festival of Abundance Event 2024.
Makeb Egg Hunt: Talaos City
This egg hunt is easy to get to, simply take the taxi on Makeb to the farthest east/right taxi point, Talaos City. The eggs are more spread out than some of the other egg hunts, and unfortunately there are a lot of level 52 enemies nearby. Look off the ledges of buildings on multiple levels, around the corners of buildings, and in the crevices between pillars and walls. I highly recommend using a stealth character for this one – or just run around wildly without stopping to fight enemies.

This quest showed up in the second week of the Festival of Abundance Event 2024.
Onderon Egg Hunt: Untamed Territory
For the Onderon Egg Hunt in Untamed Territory, travel to Onderon and then quick travel to the center of the map Untamed Territory quicktravel.
This quest showed up in the first, third and fourth week of the Festival of Abundance Event 2024.
Rishi Egg Hunt: Raider’s Cove
This quest showed up in the third week of the Festival of Abundance Event 2024.
Rishi Egg Hunt: Rishi Village
For the Rishi Egg Hunt in Rishi Village, travel to Rishi and then quick travel or taxi to the Rishi Village in the top left of the map. If you are low level, there are some level 57 enemies around, but not many. Look near the base of palm trees and up high on the cliffs near the Rishi straw-roof houses across the wooden hanging bridges.
This quest showed up in the second and fourth week of the Festival of Abundance Event 2024.
Yavin IV Egg Hunt: Temple Ruins
For the Rishi Egg Hunt in the Temple Ruins, fly to Yavin 4 and then quick travel or taxi to the farthest-left point called Temple Ruins Outpost. If you are low level, there are some level 59 enemies around. Look in the corners of the crumbled ruins, in between the stands of the wooden totems, between cracks in the ground and under the large ferns.
This quest showed up in the third week of the Festival of Abundance Event 2024.
Other Egg Hunts
There may be some other, possibly randomized, egg hunts that may show up in future years but did not show up during this event.
- Makeb Egg Hunt: The Sanctuary
- Onderon Egg Hunt: Oasis
- Yavin IV Egg Hunt: Training Grounds: I do not think this egg hunt showed up during the 2024 event. These screenshots are from the test server where it was available.

Codexes
- Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival: You get this codex by talking to Ubog Ozo for the first time.
- Blba Groves: BUGGED? The ‘Blba Groves’ codex was added to the games files as part of Update 7.5 and the Dantooine Festival of Abundance event, but as far as I can tell, it is not actually available to get in any way. Perhaps we will see it the next time the event returns to the game.
Achievements
There are a few hidden achievements for this event.

Story Achievements
- Restored Prestige: Complete the story for the Blba Groves as part of the Festival of Abundance. (The final quest, It’s Honest Work, only shows up in the third week and later of the event.)
Missions Achievements
- Professional Patissier: Bake 25 pies (There are Exploration achievements to bake each of the four types of pies 7 times for a total of 28 pies)
- Rehabilitate and Release: Complete Creature Rehab 8 times
- Gamorrean Two-Step: Complete the Holo-pole dance 25 times
- The Greenest of Thumbs: Cultivate Crops 8 times
- These Trying Times: Complete Egg Hunt 10 times
- General Germination: Recovered seeds from all four locations. [Each week a new seed sourcing quest is revealed.]
- Master Fisher: Complete the Zap-a-fish mission 25 times
Exploration Achievements
- Pies:
- Deepwater Connoisseur: Bake 7 Deepwater Dac pies
- Ka-Olive Connoisseur: Bake 7 Ka-Olive pies
- Spore Tart Connoisseur: Bake 7 Sweet Spore Tart pies
- Threeberry Connoisseur: Bake 7 Bestine Threeberry pies
HIDDEN – Gastronomic Disaster: Sample a pastry that isn’t quite right. I got this achievement simply by eating a pie on the table. It seems to be random if a pie is good, bad or normal. You can’t ‘make’ a pie with bad ingredients as far as I can tell. It did give me a ten-minute debuff with the same icon called “Feeling Ill – You haven’t been feeling well since sampling that pie…”

HIDDEN – Pastry Perfection: Sample a pie that’s more delicious than most. I got this achievement simply by eating a pie on the table. It seems to be random if a pie is good, bad or normal. You can’t ‘make’ a great pie as far as I can tell. It did give me a ten-minute buff with a green icon called “Blissful – You’ve never tasted such a delicious pastry. You feel great!”

HIDDEN – Master Patissier: Demonstrate mastery over each Spring Abundance Festival recipe. It sounds like you need to bake 7 of each type of pie for this achievement
HIDDEN – Now Where Did I Put That?: Have trouble finding ingredients for pie-baking. This achievements requires you to find each of the three ingredient types in the storeroom while backing a pie incorrectly 5 times for a total of 15 incorrect ingredients.

- Cultivation:
- Nurturing Resentment: Experience aggression as a cultivation droid. Do the Cultivation quest with another player, and when it is time to deter pests, have the other player select you as as a droid and have them click the red middle Deter temporary ability to shoot you as a droid.

- Cultivating Violence: Express aggression as a cultivation droid. Do the Cultivation quest with another player, and when it is time to deter pests, select the other player as a droid and click the red middle Deter temporary ability to shoot the other player as a droid.

HIDDEN – Propagating Chaos: Take part in an all-out cultivation droid battle. The achievement looks like it might want you to instigate and experience aggression multiple times, but I was unable to see if I was successfully making progress or not towards it after shooting each other a bunch. You can do this with just two people. I think you may need to wait a few seconds between shooting and being shot due to a hidden debuff – somewhere between 2-3 seconds, or each shot won’t actually count towards the objective. I think you need to successfully shoot and be shot 10 times each with that delay in mind.

- Nurturing Resentment: Experience aggression as a cultivation droid. Do the Cultivation quest with another player, and when it is time to deter pests, have the other player select you as as a droid and have them click the red middle Deter temporary ability to shoot you as a droid.
- Fish:
- Toe Mangler Wrangler: Catch 8 bags of Toe Manglers, a rare small fish (I think you need to focus on the ‘small’ circles.)
- Octotusk: Catch 8 bags of Shoal Unitusks, a rare medium-sized fish (I think you need to focus on the ‘medium’ circles.)
- Bargle Overload: Catch 9 bags of Barglechain, a rare large fish (I think you need to focus on the ‘large’ circles.)
HIDDEN – Visitor from the Void: Catch the ultra-rare Void Drifter.- “Not sure, if the circles matter but for me, I received it from the large circles. the large circles seem to disappear faster, which was why I focused on them. it took me roughly 90 mins, of doing the mission before I ended up getting it.” – Cansin, on the Void drifter achievement — Another player on Star Forge said they focused on getting the large circles only, and that you could reset the quest before turning in your bags of fish if you wanted until you got the Void fish. — I had three players confirm that they got it without any pie buffs, which was a rumour going around that you might need them. They said they actually got it in 2 tries after focusing on the big circles! – I have also seen another player say they got it without focusing solely on large, and focused on medium and large. Focusing on the large circles and resetting the quest seems to be the trick towards getting the Void Fish but it is still quite random and can be frustrating to chase down.

- Exploration:
SEMI-HIDDEN: Well That Was Expected: Another mystery solved. There were no secrets in this well, either. “Secret” achievement – Jump down the well in the east side of the Blba Groves

HIDDEN – Dance All Night: Dance, dance, dance! [[Need more details, but it might be dancing 10 times for the full 1:30 seconds without ending early. I think you can do it across multiple characters. I am unsure if you need to be on the quest or not, as I got it while not having the Festive Footwork quest. But there is also a different achievement for doing the Festive Footwork quest called Around the Pole that asks you to do the quest 10 times, and the quest also makes you wait the full duration of 1:30 seconds.]]

- Rehabilitation:
HIDDEN – A Thawed Heart: Petted a Rehabilitation Creature when dark side aligned. You can do this during the Creature Rehabilitation quest. You do not need to be Dark V, just dark-side aligned on your character sheet.

HIDDEN – A Gentle Heart: Petted a Rehabilitation Creature when light side aligned. This achievement is fixed for 2025! Yay!
- HIDDEN – Showered with Affection: Showed your rehabilitation creatures love by giving them lots of pets. (25 times) You can do this during the Creature Rehabilitation quest.

Characters I did the event on:
- Scya (light-side)
- Leathality (neutral saboteur)
- Blood Tide (dark-side)
