Beastmaster of Taris (Republic) Achievement Guide

This guide will go over over the Beastmaster of Taris (Republic) achievement in Star Wars: The Old Republic, which requires you to find all the bestiary lore objects on Taris.

Bogstalker

Any Bogstalker Shrieker in this crashed swampy area southeast of Draay should award you the codex entry.

Factions: Republic-only – Number on Map: 1

Closest Republic Travel: Waypoint Station Draay

Ferrazid Hound

Just east of Aurek is a small group of three standard difficulty Ferrazid Hunters. There are the ones that award the codex – strong difficulty maulers down south will not count.

Nekghoul

Located within the first open room of the Infested Outpost that holds the Heroic 2+ “Mutations” Take the shuttle into the building and head down. An elite nekghoul patrolling the first room will give the codex.

Closest Republic Travel: Mutations – Heroic Shuttle

Nexu

Leave outpost Draay to the south, and get on the large road running east/west. Follow this road west past some hostile Nexu Foreststalkers and Ferrazids. Eventually you’ll run into some Strong Neutral “Young Nexu”. These award the codex.

Closest Republic Travel: Waypoint Station Draay

Rakghoul

Head north from kanner outpost into the sliding plate. In the watery north end of the area, the red Scavenging Rakghouls are the ones that will award the codex.
