The achievement can be found in your Achievements section under: Location → Hoth → The Empire.
Commander Gosular
Follow the road south of the Aurek Base travel point. Commander Gosular is right up against the large silo-shaped tower.

Sith Master Assassin
Use the Invisible Foes heroic shuttle and enter the canyon – the Sith Master Assassin is located on the far east side of this heroic area so head south sticking to the left ice wall, up a ramp, to his dead end.
