Dantooine Cipher Secret Achievement

The Dantooine Cipher secret achievement is a hidden set of books scattered across the planet of Dantooine in Star Wars: The Old Republic. Finding all 5 books will get you the hidden achievement ‘The Dantooine Cipher’ in the Dantooine Exploration category – there’s no reward other than 10 achievement points, but it is a fun treasure hunt style secret to go looking for! Four of these books are sneakily hidden in buildings in the open area of Dantooine, and the fifth is hidden near the remains of its writer, who met an unfortunate fate you’ll discover through one of the other achievements.

Secrets of Dantooine, Vol 01

This small glowing blue book is a component of Dantooine’s hidden Cipher achievement. Volume 1 is stashed somewhere inside of the northeast farmhouse near the Imperial Base. Note that each book can be found in multiple areas around the initial spot, so check thoroughly in the vicinity if it’s not exactly where the picture shows.

Secrets of Dantooine, Vol 02

This small glowing blue book is a component of Dantooine’s hidden Cipher achievement. Similar to volume 1, volume 2 is in the farms just outside the imperial base. This one is inside the northwest house. Players report this one may also spawn under a table in the first room of the house, in addition to the image above.

Secrets of Dantooine, Vol 03

This small glowing blue book is a component of Dantooine’s hidden Cipher achievement. This book was found in the corner of a farmhouse far to the southern end of Dantooine’s explorable map, south of the island polly can be found on. Note that each book can be found in multiple areas around the initial spot, so check thoroughly in the vicinity if it’s not exactly where the picture shows.

Secrets of Dantooine, Vol 04

This small glowing blue book is a component of Dantooine’s hidden Cipher achievement. It can be the trickiest to find, as it’s left in the grass on the island that the secret parrot Polly inhabits during the Incursion Weeks. Try turning off ground clutter in your graphics settings if you struggle to see it. Note that each book can be found in multiple areas around the initial spot, so check thoroughly in the vicinity if it’s not exactly where the picture shows.

This small glowing blue book is a component of Dantooine’s hidden Cipher achievement. This final volume is located in the building just south of the “Reactor Ransom” heroic shuttle drop-off. Use that to get over to it quickly. Note that each book can be found in multiple areas around the initial spot, so check thoroughly in the vicinity if it’s not exactly where the picture shows.
