SWTOR Ziost Daily Area Secret Achievements Guide

Looking to finish your Achievements in the Ziost Daily area but are having trouble finding what’s missing? This guide will direct you to the achievements that don’t pop up by default in the achievement panel! Some will show up when you start, and some will only appear once you’ve fully completed them.

Note!

The following achievements CANNOT be done in the Ziost Daily area:

  • Defeated Aegis Squadron
  • Gunned Down Grundorsen
  • Evacuation Protocols
  • Not-So-Hidden Stash
  • Megalomania
  • Free The Minds
  • They Will Survive
  • Shut Them Down
  • Time to Move
  • I Want to Fly Fast

These all take place either during the story, during the bonus missions alongside the story, or are secrets buried inside areas along the story when first visiting Ziost. If you have the Ziost daily area unlocked and have completed the story, you will need to go back for those achievements on a different character.

Ziost Archivist

This achievement has a bunch of little hidden objects to go find, so we made a handy map guide just for it!

Ziost Archivist Secret Achievement

Jump the Rock Shark

Jumping the Rock Shark requires you to “Demonstrate your reckless disregard for the safety manual by using the GSI SJ-4 Rapid Geoanalysis Scout to vault a Monolith on Ziost”, according to the achievement description. Players who’ve done a round of Ziost Dailies already may remember that you get onto a speeder for [DAILY] Dead Pulse.

To begin, head to Dead Pulse, pick it up, and repair and get on the speeder as normal. This will take some timing! You need to make sure the Devastator Monolith enemy inside a small cave to the south of the rock jump (this is on the map below) has begun moving. He should walk along that northward road all the way up until he’s right under the cliff. I personally wouldn’t start driving the repaired speeder until he’s at least cleared the rocky archway halfway across, because you’ll get kicked off your speeder if you don’t do the mission objective eventually (and we ARE ignoring the mission objective for this.)

If the timing is a little too tough for you, ask a friend to hold the monolith in the right spot! It should give you enough time to drive over and jump it.

Network Outage

This achievement is directly linked to the “[DAILY] Looking for Signs” mission. It’s quite honestly a matter of luck – sometimes, opening up a crashed recon probe will result in a gold-level enemy like the one below.

Other times, however, you’ll get a champion-level probe to fight that has a unique name: these are the ones you need for the achievement. It’ll start being trackable in your achievements page as soon as you find your first one and defeat it.

There’s no real trick to it – just keep doing the daily here and there and eventually you should stumble into them all.
