The Armor Stand: Zakuul Knight decoration can be bought for credits.

The Black Market decorations from Odessan are only available to players who have started Chapter 9 of Knights of the Fallen Empire, as the vendor that sell them is located inside the Alliance Base instance on Odessan. Knights of the Fallen Empire can only be started on a level 60 character and above.

Most of the decorations cost 25,000 Credits and can be purchased from the Black Market Goods Vendor in the Underworld Logistics / Hylo Visz area of the Alliance Base. There are no other requirements to buy them apart from being able to reach the vendor, and they are “Bind on Pickup” so they can not be sold on the GTN or given to a friend who doesn’t have access.
