Hook: Centerpiece (Giant Purple Square): The Large Commemorative Statue Of Izax, The Destroyer decoration fits into a giant purple square floor hook with beams of light.
Hook: Ship Hook (Giant Purple Square): The Large Commemorative Statue Of Izax, The Destroyer decoration fits into a ship hook, which not all strongholds have.
Operation decorations have a chance from dropping from a certain operation. Some drop from the random mobs, while others drop from the bosses. A 16-man will drop more decorations that an 8-man, and the harder the mode of the operation the better chance of a decoration dropping.
The Large Commemorative Statue Of Izax, The Destroyer decoration is dropped from the Operation.

To get this decoration, you must first beat Izax in story mode. Then the vendor will sell you as many copies as you want at 100,000 Credits each. The vendor is named RE-G and is located in the area near where you enter the Gods from the Machine operation on Iokath, not in the main base area with the other vendors.
