Clickable! In its normal state it looks like a piece of metal in the ground. When you right-click it fireworks shoot out for a short amount of time. Sometimes bugs and continues shooting fireworks every time you get near it.

Anniversary Vendor
Hook: Floor Small (Green Square): The 3rd Anniversary Fireworks Launcher decoration fits into a small green square floor hook.
Hook: Floor Medium Narrow (Blue Rectangle): The 3rd Anniversary Fireworks Launcher decoration fits into a narrow blue medium rectangle floor hook.
Anniversary Decorations
Every year, Star Wars: The Old Republic celebrates it’s anniversary by giving away free gifts to players who log in and visit the Anniversary Vendor during the Anniversary Event. This happens partway through December every year.
The “Anniversary Personnel” vendor can be found on the Republic or Imperial Fleet in the Strongholds & Crew Skills section of the Fleet, near where you buy a stronghold.
The vendor has all the past anniversary decoration rewards available as well as a few new ones available every year, and each one only costs a whopping zero credits.
