The Galactic Alliance Statue decoration can be bought for 3 Galactic Seasons Tokens. It is on the Jaleit Nall vendor during the Group B / Week 2 rotation / cycle.

Galactic Seasons are a limited-time event that allows you to complete daily and weekly objectives to earn rewards over the course of five months. Galactic Seasons is available to both free-to-play players and subscribers at no additional cost, with subscribers having an additional reward track to gain cosmetic rewards from.

Galactic Seasons Tokens decorations can be bought on a rotating schedule from the vendor. Jaleit Nall in the Supplies section of the Fleet allows player to purchase previously-retired items including decorations. The items available rotate on a weekly schedule, in four different batches. They continue to be available even after the Season ends, though you can only earn tokens during an active season.

Every year, Star Wars: The Old Republic celebrates it’s anniversary by giving away free gifts to players who log in and visit the Anniversary Vendor during the Anniversary Event. This happens partway through December every year.

SWTOR Anniversary Event Guide

The “Anniversary Personnel” vendor can be found on the Republic or Imperial Fleet in the Strongholds & Crew Skills section of the Fleet, near where you buy a stronghold.

The vendor has all the past anniversary decoration rewards available as well as a few new ones available every year, and each one only costs a whopping zero credits.
