Additional Info

In Update 6.1.0, the short story quest The Task at Hand was added for Imperial players, where you need to “meet with Darth Rivix to discuss the state of The Hand” to get 2x Flag: Hand of the Empire. This quest comes after  meet with Kira and Scourge in the The Lingering Darkness quest, which comes after the Objective Meridian Flashpoint which is the Onslaught expansion finale.

These are buyable-sellable on the GTN, though they probably have low availability since you only get one per character who has reached that point in their quest line.
