The Hunter’s Seat decoration can be bought for 3 Galactic Seasons Tokens. It is on the Jaleit Nall vendor during the Group A / Week 1 rotation / cycle.

Galactic Seasons are a limited-time event that allows you to complete daily and weekly objectives to earn rewards over the course of five months. Galactic Seasons is available to both free-to-play players and subscribers at no additional cost, with subscribers having an additional reward track to gain cosmetic rewards from.

Galactic Seasons Tokens decorations can be bought on a rotating schedule from the vendor. Jaleit Nall in the Supplies section of the Fleet allows player to purchase previously-retired items including decorations. The items available rotate on a weekly schedule, in four different batches. They continue to be available even after the Season ends, though you can only earn tokens during an active season.
