Decorations from Operations and Past Acheivements

Will our participation in past operations, FPs, and pvp be honoured (tracked via achievements)? Or will it be a blank slate when housing comes out?

Bioware initially let us know we’d be getting decorations form operations in this one-liner onthe features page…

Decorations can also be obtained as loot drops from Flashpoints and Operations.

We’ve since gotten a little more info via the Community Cantina in Boston.

I’ll let more detail oriented folks add more info but the big thing about Strongholds they mentioned is that the Tokens which allow you to get decorations related to Ops kills will be based on your existing achievements so you won’t have to go back and kill the bosses again to get their stuff in your stronghold. – ChampStanley, shared by bstr413, Reddit

Eric Musco has also said this before  on the devtracker…

“If I already killed a boss that has a Stronghold reward (such as Karagga) will I need to kill him again to get the reward?”

Although this is a great question we are not quite ready to talk details on the various methods of item unlocks, etc. We will have a blog in the future that outlines more about how the system works and how it will affect previously cleared content. [Source]

Ootinicast mentions that at the Boston Cantina it was also overheard that operations decoration will even involve difficulty level.

Only time will tell which one Bioware and the dev team plan on honoring!
