How to get the Vectron 242R

The Vectron 242R exists somewhere in the games files, and can be seen in the decorations list as a preview of a decoration. However, there does not seem to be an actual way to get the Vectron 242R ingame. It may have been meant for a Cartel Market item that never came out, or for an achievement that was never released.

This mount was possibly added to the game's files and decorations list in update 7.5, and its icon is unfinished but its sumon ability shows a yellow vectron. That icon is very similar to the real, obtainable mount called the Vectron 240R Starbolt - so the Vectron 242R may have just been an earlier name the developers were using while testing out the new Vectron 240R Starbolt before it was ready.
