How to get the Star Fortress Brigand

The Star Fortress Brigand exists somewhere in the games files, and can be seen in the decorations list as a preview of a decoration. However, there does not seem to be an actual way to get the Star Fortress Brigand ingame. It may have been meant for a Cartel Market item that never came out, or for an achievement that was never released.

This mount was possibly added to the game's files and decorations list in update 5.0 in 2016. It is listed as a Tier 4 Galactic Command Crate reward in the decorations panel, but does not seem to have made it ingame.
