How to get the Longspur SUV

The Longspur SUV exists somewhere in the games files, and can be seen in the decorations list as a preview of a decoration. However, there does not seem to be an actual way to get the Longspur SUV ingame. It may have been meant for a Cartel Market item that never came out, or for an achievement that was never released.

This mount was possibly added to the game's files and decorations list in update 1.7 in 2013. This is very clearly an unfinished mount, as the model seen in the stronghold decorations panel is actually of a Gurian type speeder (not a Longspur), and if the item existed, it seems the item's icon is of a Lhosan type speeder (not a Longspur).
