How to get the Rark Jogger

The Rark Jogger exists somewhere in the games files, and can be seen in the decorations list as a preview of a decoration. However, there does not seem to be an actual way to get the Rark Jogger ingame. It may have been meant for a Cartel Market item that never came out, or for an achievement that was never released.

This was possibly added to the game's files and decorations list in update 4.0. It seems to have a unique icon and be a purple gold color and be similar to other Rark mounts. I don't know if it is an unfinished mount that was never meant to be released, or if it was completed and meant for Cartel Packs that just never got released.
