How to get the Victorious Titan

The Victorious Titan exists somewhere in the games files, and can be seen in the decorations list as a preview of a decoration. However, there does not seem to be an actual way to get the Victorious Titan ingame. It may have been meant for a Cartel Market item that never came out, or for an achievement that was never released.

This was possibly added to the game's files and decorations list in update 4.6 - it doesn't have a proper icon even in the game files. There is a real, obtainable mount that was released at the same time called the Victor's Titan - so I'm guessing the Victorious Titan mount in the game files was just a typo version that never got fully removed.
