How to get the Orlean LE-12

The Orlean LE-12 exists somewhere in the games files, and can be seen in the decorations list as a preview of a decoration. However, there does not seem to be an actual way to get the Orlean LE-12 ingame. It may have been meant for a Cartel Market item that never came out, or for an achievement that was never released.

This was possibly added to the game's files and decorations list in update 5.4. It seems to have a unique icon and be a blue color and be simialr to other Orlean mounts. I don't know if it is an unfinished mount that was never meant to be released, or if it was completed and meant for Cartel Packs that just never got released.
