How to get the GZ-2 Recon Walker

The GZ-2 Recon Walker exists somewhere in the games files, and can be seen in the decorations list as a preview of a decoration. However, there does not seem to be an actual way to get the GZ-2 Recon Walker ingame. It may have been meant for a Cartel Market item that never came out, or for an achievement that was never released.

This mount was possibly added to the game's files and decorations list in update 2.9 but seems like it was never finished. It seems to have been aimed to be a Binds on Equip item, and has the fun tooltip, 'The GZ-2 Recon Walker is a bipedal walker vehicle used by Imperial scout forces.' There are many other walkers in the game, but this one doesn't seem to have been released, and it is unclear if it was completed in any way, but it does have an icon.
