I'm unsure if this was a typo in my old database, or a pet that existed in some way before when I made this database pre-2020. This is the old image I had on file for it, which looks the same as Model SGS-45 Quarrel or very similar at least. There is a Model SGS-14B Comet Breaker pet but it is a different image.

The Model SGS-45 Comet Breaker exists somewhere in the games files, and can be seen in the decorations list as a preview of a decoration. However, there does not seem to be an actual way to get the Model SGS-45 Comet Breaker ingame. It may have been meant for a Cartel Market item that never came out, or for an achievement that was never released.
