This M8-T4 Astromech Droid pet was possibly added to the game's files and decorations list in update 6.0. Not to be confused with any other astromechs, this one is not available. It seems to have an incorrect icon (pink and white like M8-M0) and its description reads "This droid was once the faithful companion of Cartel Associate S3-ML." I found an old forum post speculating that it is similar to another player-dedicated item, Dulfy's item, which reads "This remote access point to the HoloNet was provided by Cartel Associate 0U-1FY."
