If you purchased the collector's edition of the game, you would also get access to the Collector's Edition Vendor. You can now also buy a Cartel Market item that gives you access to the Collector's Edition vendor. The Collector's Edition Vendor Access unlock costs 2,000 Cartel Coins, can can be found on the Cartel Market as an item you buy only with Cartel Coins - it can not be traded, or bought and sold on the GTN. You also receive the VIP wristband unlock automatically, which gives you access to the upper center area of the Fleet if you don't already have access. This is for all the characters on your account, you do not need to buy this unlock more than once. Once you have the unlock purchased, you go up the elevators in the center area of the fleet where the Cantina is to reach the VIP section where the vendor is located.
