SWTOR Galactic Season 5 + Rewards

The Galactic Season 5 was called Confidence in Power and had a mix of items as rewards, including a black tank with a glow color that changes with its color crystal.

Galactic Seasons 5 New Storytelling

In previous seasons, players embarked on their storyline missions with a new companion. Season 5 introduces a new way to engage with the story told in Galactic Seasons, with story progression now a part of the Galactic Seasons rewards. Players will unlock new story missions as they progress through the reward track, with the final mission granted at Season Level 40.

In this season’s story, “Confidence in Power”, players will meet an astromech named 3V-1L, a peculiar droid who serves a mysterious Master. 3V-1L will test the player through a series of trials, to see if they are worthy of the Master’s teachings of the “dark side”. Whether this is a prank or a serious threat, the player must decide how deeply they will commit to these “dark” trials to uncover the truth.

The story progresses through the use of special transmission items that are gained from the Seasonal Reward Track and mission completion, with each subsequent mission item granted as the player progresses through the Reward Track. If a player has completed the mission on any character, they will be able to re-acquire the mission items on other characters from the Galactic Seasons vendor, Jaliet Nall. Story missions are optional and the player can continue progress on the Reward Track regardless of story mission completion.

Galactic Seasons 5 Updating Objectives

We are adding new objectives that will involve companions being set to specific roles, Space Missions, and Operations. There are more objectives available for players who are Subscribers or have Preferred accounts.

We have added a few new objectives with the goals of creating more variety in play, and making objectives easier to understand.

Flashpoint and Uprising objectives will also be updated to make it clearer what requirements need to be satisfied in order to complete said objectives. Below is an example of how these objectives were displayed previously and how they will read once the season goes live.

Previous Seasons: Complete Flashpoints (1 point). Earn bonus progress for completing Depths of Manaan, Assault on Tython, Korriban Incursion, or Secrets of the Enclave (requires content) (4 points). Earn additional bonus progress for defeating their Bonus Bosses (3 points).

Will now read: Complete Flashpoints from the following list: Depths of Manaan, Assault on Tython, Korriban Incursion, or Secrets of the Enclave (requires content).

Lastly, more objectives will be added for Subscribers. The number of objectives will increase to 11 (up from 10) to allow for more options to be available to players. The maximum number of objectives allowed to be completed in a week will remain 7, however, this additional objective will create more opportunities for players to take part in grouped content including Uprisings, Operations, and Chapters.

Galactic Seasons 5 New Vendor Rewards/Objectives

SWTOR Galactic Seasons Guide and Rewards – Season 6, Building a Foundation!

Unlike previous Seasons, there is no companion available as a reward in Season 5, which means there will be no companion story. Instead, the optional story will be directly attached to item rewards on the track.

You unlock new story at Level 1, 15 and 40 on the Galactic Seasons track via an unlock item which is a reward to be claimed on the track.

Once you have earned a quest from the track as an item in your inventory, it will be available to unlock for all your characters account-wide in collections for 50 Cartel Coins, where you can replay it on your other characters, once per character. These unlocks are on the final pages of the “Season 5: All” category.

Unlike previous seasons, you do not need to have this unlock to work on the Reputation track – the turn-in box is in the same area 3v-1L would be even if you don’t have him unlocked on your character. So unless you want to do the story itself on multiple characters, there is no need to unlock it multiple times.

Galactic Seasons 5 Galactic Seasons Rewards Track

Galactic Seasons 5 Galactic Seasons Tokens

Galactic Seasons Tokens can be earned only during Galactic Seasons, by completing the active Galactic Seasons track. You do not get a token every Galactic Seasons level, and subscribers can earn a total of 15 tokens per season, and player on the free track can earn 5 Galactic Season Tokens per season. These tokens are legacy-wide, and you can spend your Galactic Seasons Tokens at the Ki’at Thavo and Jaleit Nall Vendor vendors.

Galactic Seasons 5 Jaleit Nall Vendor

Jaleit Nall allows player to purchase previously-retired items with Galactic Season tokens, including retired companions, mounts, pets, weapons, armors and more. She also offers two unique Strongholds for sale that you can only get through galactic Seasons. The items available rotate on a weekly schedule, in four different batches. They continue to be available even after the Season ends, though you can only earn tokens during an active season.

 NEW Galactic Season 5? In Season 5, Jaleit Nall has the Rugged Armasaur as a new item available about half of the time, and also many rewards from previous season tracks have been added to her stock.

The Republic Fleet or Imperial Fleet stronghold costs 8 Galactic Seasons Tokens and can be bought from Jaleit Nall at any time, they do not cycle. The Mek-Sha Stronghold costs 14 Tokens, and also does not cycle.

Galactic Seasons 5 Ki’at Thavo Vendor

Ki’at Thavo’s has special items that are only available to be purchased with Galactic Seasons Tokens during the current season, some of which are not available on the track.

When the season ends, all the rewards listed above will be available for all players until the beginning of the next season, giving Subscribers the opportunity to purchase the rewards they are missing.

Galactic Seasons 5 Achievements

There are some special limited-time achievements for this season.

If you are an achievement hunter, your goals will include completing all of these tasks:

  • Complete 100 weekly season objectives (out of a possible 140) during the season (Reward – Legacy Title: True Power)
  • Reach Legend Rank with the The Master’s Top Secret Army reputation track during the season
  • Reach Rank 100 on the Galactic Seasons track during the season

If you manage to do all three of these during the season you will complete the Shades of Darkness achievement and receive the Empire Director Armor Set, a white recolor of the Emperor’s Chosen armor set on the track – you can preview this special armor set in Collections. This three-part achievement is way above and beyond what Seasons is expecting you to normally do, and is mainly a meta achievement for players who are playing efficiently 2-3 days or more per week.1
