This is a retired mount that was only available to players as part of the Join the Battle! promotion in 2013 - new players had to crate an account, existing players had to subscribe. The reward was a JA-3 Subversive Battle Droid Mini-Pet and a JA-3 Subversive Speeder a well as the Rise of the Hutt Cartel free (which had previously been an expansion you had to buy). -- This mount is now available from the Galactic Seasons vendor!

How to Get Galactic Seasons Vendor Mounts

Galactic Seasons are limited-time events that run for 5 months and cover a wide variety of activities. Vendor rewards are available all the time.
