Taris Purple Mastery Datacron (Empire Only) Guide

The Taris Purple Mastery Datacron is located in the The Sinking City map on Taris grants Mastery +4 (it used to grant Willpower +4 before the stats changed).

The Taris Purple datacron is in the Enclave Excavation Site, high above on the walls and is only available to Imperial characters (Republic players must make an Imperial character to unlock this datacron). Finding this datacron will give you a permanent stat boost of Mastery +4 to all your characters on your server, and will unlock the Galactic History 50: Basilisk codex.

  • Quicktravel: Forward Outpost Alpha
  • Taxi: Forward Outpost Alpha
  • Shuttle: [HEROIC 2+] Enclave Raid
  • Location: The Sinking City - Enclave Excavation Site, high above on the walls
  • Difficulty: Hard - Jumping Puzzle
  • Codex: Galactic History 50: Basilisk

How to Get the Taris Purple Mastery Datacron

Quick Travel / Taxi / Heroic Shuttle

The [HEROIC 2+] Enclave Raid heroic shuttle will put you very close to the datacron.

Find the Fallen Beam

Jump Down from the Top of the Beam

Onto some pieces of metal sticking out. You’ll need to be on the edge of the beam not on the inner part.

Jump into the Beam with Wires

Jump the Gap

Follow the Ledges

Jump Down

Tricky!

Should be able to see the datacron glowing purple at this point in the distance.
