The Quesh Orange Mastery Datacron is located in the Republic Mining Camp map on Quesh grants Mastery +4 (it used to grant Cunning +4 before the stats changed).
The Quesh Orange datacron is in the fenced off area accessed by a hill in tainted valley and is available to both Imperial and Republic players. Finding this datacron will give you a permanent stat boost of Mastery +4 to all your characters on your server, and will unlock the Galactic History 58: Ulic’s Trials codex.

Quicktravel: 
Republic Base / 
Imperial Waystation
Taxi: Republic Base / Imperial Waystation
Location: Republic Mining Camp - fenced off area accessed by a hill in tainted valley
Difficulty: Easy - can walk right up if you know where to climb
Codex: Galactic History 58: Ulic’s TrialsRepublic side, this datacron is near where you load in.
Imperial side, thus one is quite far north.
And follow the hill to the right.
There’s technically another way up, on this pipe, but I found it much easier to backtrack up the hill.
