The Hutta Gray Blue Matrix Shard Datacron is located in the Sewer Maintenance Tunnels map on Hutta grants a Blue Matrix Shard.
The Hutta Blue Matrix Shard is in the bottom left corner of the tunnels behind a fence and is only available to Imperial characters (Republic players must make an Imperial character to unlock this datacron). Finding this datacron will give you a Blue Matrix Shard which cna be used to create a low-level relic, and will unlock the Galactic History 03: The Battalions of Zhell codex.

Location: Sewer Maintenance Tunnels - bottom left corner of the tunnels behind a fence
Difficulty: Easy - can walk right up to it
Codex: Galactic History 03: The Battalions of ZhellYou can see this matrix shard glowing from behind a metal fence in the sewer tunnels, but you’ll need to find a different way to get to it.
The [HEROIC 2+] Factory Recall heroic shuttle is very close and drops you right outside the sewers.
There’s a strong droid nearby. If you can’t stealth past him or fight him, you can always just run past him to the datacron die, and revive on top of the datacron around the corner.

The closest Imperial quick travel point is the Nemro's Bazaar quick travel point and the closest taxi is the Jiguuna speeder point, both eastern edge of the town on the west side of the map.
