The closest Imperial quick travel point is the Nemro's Bazaar quick travel point and the closest taxi is the Jiguuna speeder point, both eastern edge of the town on the west side of the map.Quick Travel / Taxi

Find the Pipe
Run south to the bog and find the fallen pipe.
Run Around the Hill
You don’t need to run to the very top of the hill, though it gives a really nice view of Hutta up there.
Hutta Blue Mastery Datacron Guide
The Hutta Blue Mastery Datacron is located in the The Bog map on Hutta grants Mastery +2 (it used to grant Aim +2 before the stats changed).
The Hutta Blue datacron is in the hill north of the bog, with a scaleable pipe on it's south side and is only available to Imperial characters (Republic players must make an Imperial character to unlock this datacron). Finding this datacron will give you a permanent stat boost of Mastery +2 to all your characters on your server, and will unlock the Galactic History 01: The Architects codex.
