The Coruscant Yellow Presence Datacron is located in the Old Galactic Market map on Coruscant grants Presence +2.
The Coruscant Yellow datacron is in the upper market, near a broken elevator and is only available to Republic characters (Imperial players must make a Republic character to unlock this datacron). Finding this datacron will give you a permanent stat boost of Presence +2 to all your characters on your server, and will unlock the Galactic History 08: Hyperspace Cannons codex.

Quicktravel: Dealer's Den Cantina
Taxi: Galactic Market
Location: Old Galactic Market - upper market, near a broken elevator
Difficulty: Easy - can walk right up to it
Codex: Galactic History 08: Hyperspace Cannons
From the taxi or quicktravel, go South.
From where you quick travel or taxi in you will need to make your way past the cantina heading south and once you are on the Old Galactic Market map, it’s fairly close, you just need to run forward on the bridge then go up a nearby elevator and it’s just sitting there out in the open on a higher level, though you may have to fight some stronger enemies to get to it.

The closest Republic quick travel point is the Dealer's Den Cantina quick travel point and the closest taxi is the Galactic Market speeder point, both northeast on the map, under the spaceport/senate.
