The closest Republic quick travel point is the The Works quick travel point and the closest taxi is the The Works speeder point, both furthest south on the map.

Run to Pipes
quite a walk, use the map to make it easier drawn
Take the fork in the pipe path
At one point, you’ll see a pipe to your left, and the pipe you are on going forwards, you’ll to jump over to the pipe on your left, it’s easier if you have a mount.
Make the tricky jump
Later on in the pipe puzzle, there is a pipe jump that is a bit harder, as it’s farther away and far down below. This is a lot easier to make if you get on a mount, aim your self, and back up and make a running jump.
