The Balmorra Orange Mastery Datacron is located in the Balmorran Arms Factory map on Balmorra grants Mastery +2 (it used to grant Cunning +2 before the stats changed).
The Balmorra Orange datacron is in the upper floor of the factory, under the docks and is only available to Imperial characters (Republic players must make an Imperial character to unlock this datacron). Finding this datacron will give you a permanent stat boost of Mastery +2 to all your characters on your server, and will unlock the Galactic History 29: Sadow’s Escape codex.

Shuttle: [HEROIC 2+] Resistance Sympathizers
Location: Balmorran Arms Factory - upper floor of the factory, under the docks
Difficulty: Easy - can walk right up to it
Codex: Galactic History 29: Sadow’s EscapeThe [HEROIC 2+] Resistance Sympathizers heroic shuttle will put you very close to the entrance for this datacron.

The closest Imperial quick travel point is the Sundari Imperial Outpost quick travel point and the closest taxi is the Sundari Imperial Outpost speeder point, both furthest east on the map.
