How to Get Retired Schematic Exotech Bop Armors
Exotech Armor is now-retired crafted armor that was introduced to the game in Update 1.0a and was designed for characters who were level 50, and crafted by Armormechs and Synthweavers - but unlike most crafted gear, once crafted, this gear was Bind on Pickup so it could not be sold or traded. The schematics themselves were quite rare and were also Bind on Pickup, and dropped from the Hard Mode / Nightmare Mode Operation bosses, so for example the Exotech belt schematics would only drop from Gharj Hard Mode / Nightmare Mode, and the headpiece schematics only from Soa Hard Mode / Nightmare Mode, during the time of the game when there was only two operations, Eternity Vault and Karagga's Palace. These schematics would alongside Columi schematics in Hard Mode / Nightmare Mode, and their weaker counterparts the Energized schematics would drop from Normal modes. These armors are Bind on Pickup, which means even if you happen to have this old armor in your Cargo Holds, it can not be sold or given to another player, and can not be sent to your other characters. There is no way to get the old level-50, Update 1.0 versions of the Exotech armor or schematics anymore, but there may be some look-alikes available that were introduced later so players could collect them as cosmetic looks - these similar look-alikes may have Exotech in the their name, or may have a completely different name. The original level-50 Exotech armors changed their looks depending on what faction you had earned them on, but any later look-alike sets may stay the same reagrdless of faction, so you might be able to find a version that you can wear on the opposite faction with the same look.
Identical Armor Sets
This armor set has multiple versions that are visually identical and gotten the exact same way, the only difference is their names and the stats that are attached to them - for example, one set might be better for a healer or tank, but they all look the same.
