E-15 Rampage Cannon
The E-15 Rampage Cannon is a Rare Blue Drops blaster cannon that can be found in Star Wars: The Old Republic. The E-15 Rampage Cannon can be worn at any level in the Outfitter - it's a cosmetic weapon, and has no stats attached to it.
How to Get: Rare Blue Drops
This is not a direct screenshot of the E-15 Rampage Cannon. The file name is fitted-salus-corporation-repulsor-cannon-9586-thumbnail.png - as far as I can tell it is identical to another weapon, so I re-used the screenshots. There may be small variations that I could not tell apart when comparing thumbnails, previews or item icons.
Sound: Inscrutable
All Blaster Cannons with the Inscrutable sound type have the same sound, including the E-15 Rampage Cannon. This isn't the official name, and this Blaster Cannon sound type may be labelled something like weaponrangedcannonassault03 in the background of the game.
I do not have a video of the E-15 Rampage Cannon, but you can watch a video of the Mantellian Frontline Assault Cannon weapon to hear the Inscrutable sound type, which is the same as the E-15 Rampage Cannon.

World Drop weapons are uncommon rare weapons that would drop randomly from enemies in the game. They have a complicated history and can be quite hard to find!
Identical Weapons
These weapons will have an identical or very similar look to the E-15 Rampage Cannon. There's no real name for the appearance, but I've labelled it assaultcannonhigh01a02v03 which may be a name I call all identical weapons, or a name in the game files.

Similar Appearance Weapons
These weapons will have a similar appearance to the E-15 Rampage Cannon, either in the same family of weapons or have some similar features. There's no real name for the appearance type, but I've labelled it cannonPointytube which may be a name I called all similar weapons, or a name in the game files.

Similar Sounding 'Inscrutable' Weapons
These Blaster Cannon weapons will have the same sound as the Yavin Boltblaster's / Yavin Med-Tech's Assault Cannon MK-3. There's no real name for the sound, but I've called it 'Inscrutable' it may be called something like weaponrangedcannonassault03 in the game files.
