Mounts with 130% Movement
Most mounts start at 90% speed with the basic Speeder Piloting I ability. As you upgrade your Speeder Piloting, it goes up to 100%, 110%, 120% and finally 130% at Speeder Piloting V. 130% Mounts are special and allow you to move at 130% speed even if you do not have Speeder Piloting V unlocked on your character.
