This mount is an Achievement reward from the Dantooine Biomes. The Dantooine Expedition Carrier is rewarded from completing the achievement Encounter Mastery: Dantooine:

• Complete “Encounter Completionist: Dantooine” – Complete every unique Dynamic Encounter in the Dantooine Crash Site.
• Complete “Expedition Leader” – Complete 200 Dynamic Encounters in each area of the Dantooine Crash Site.
• Defeat the Orbital Core
