The Boosted Classic Speeder Bike can be earned in the Knights of the Fallen Empire KotFE Chapter 9 (The Gravestone) from an easy to spot Bonus Mission called The Broken Speeder. Its matching decoration does not appear on the decorations list.

Some mounts can only be earned through achievements, where you must do specific things to earn them.
