Synthweavers can craft the Dramassian Force Expert's / Killik-silk Force Expert's armor set at synthweaving level 190 or higher. To craft this set, Synthweavers can buy the schematic from the synthweaving crew skill trainer once they've reached synthweaving level 190 - the schematic is not visible at the trainer before that level.
