Synthweavers can craft the Vine-silk Aegis armor set at synthweaving level 320 or higher. To craft this set, Synthweavers can buy the schematic from the synthweaving crew skill trainer once they've reached synthweaving level 320 - the schematic is not visible at the trainer before that level.

Buying the Vine-silk Aegis Armor Set from the GTN with Credits

Pieces of the Vine-silk Aegis set can be found on the GTN, which is an auction house where players can buy and sell unbound items. To find the GTN at level 10 or higher, look for the Galactic Trade Network section of the Republic or Imperial Fleet.
