Synthweavers can craft the Romex Aegis armor set at synthweaving level 570 or higher. To craft this set, Synthweavers can buy the schematic from the synthweaving crew skill trainer once they've reached synthweaving level 570 - the schematic is not visible at the trainer before that level.
