Westar 19-B Blaster

All Blaster Pistols with the Westara sound type have the same sound, including the Westar 19-B Blaster. This isn't the official name, and this Blaster Pistol sound type may be labelled something like weaponrangedblasterwestar in the background of the game.

I do not have a video of the Westar 19-B Blaster, but you can watch a video of the Westar 19-C Blaster weapon to hear the Westara sound type, which is the same as the Westar 19-B Blaster.

Cartel Market weapons originally come from the Cartel Market, either through direct sale or through random chance in Cartel Packs. Almost all Cartel Market weapons are cosmetic in nature, do not have any stats attached to them by default, and can be worn by players of any level or any class as long as they can equip that type of weapon. Cartel Market weapons can sometimes be found for direct sale on the Cartel Market, but if it is not available there it can be purchased from other players on the GTN. If you can't find it on the Cartel Market which is run by the developers who rotate items in and out over time, and can't find it listed on the GTN which is made of listings created by players, you're looking for an item that is currently considered rare or uncommon, and you'll either need to keep checking back those two places, or try posting in the /trade chat or the Fleet General Chat that you are looking to buy one - but it will likely be very expensive if no one has one listed on the GTN already!
