Fitted Westar 19 Blaster
The Fitted Westar 19 Blaster is a Reputation Dantooine Farm Event blaster pistol that can be found in Star Wars: The Old Republic. The Fitted Westar 19 Blaster can be worn at any level in the Outfitter - it's a cosmetic weapon, and has no stats attached to it.
How to Get: Spring Festival Event (3800 Spring Abundance Festival Ribbons)
Sound: Westara
All Blaster Pistols with the Westara sound type have the same sound, including the Fitted Westar 19 Blaster. This isn't the official name, and this Blaster Pistol sound type may be labelled something like weaponrangedblasterwestar in the background of the game.
I do not have a video of the Fitted Westar 19 Blaster, but you can watch a video of the Westar 19-C Blaster weapon to hear the Westara sound type, which is the same as the Fitted Westar 19 Blaster.

The Dantooine Festival of Abundance event is a limited time event in Star Wars: The Old republic where you can head to Dantooine, find out about the mysterious happenings in the Blba Grove, and earn some unique weapons during this once-yearly event set in the spring that lasts about one month. Players who are level 20+ and have their ship in the story can participate in this mostly peaceful, silly event.

These weapons will have an identical or very similar look to the Fitted Westar 19 Blaster. There's no real name for the appearance, but I've labelled it uniquemtx_weapon_blaster_mtx51_westar19 which may be a name I call all identical weapons, or a name in the game files.
