Veteran Offhand Blaster

The Veteran Offhand Blaster is a Retired Veterans blaster pistol that can be found in Star Wars: The Old Republic. The Veteran Offhand Blaster can only be used at a specific level and up, but if you are higher than the weapon's required level, you can wear it cosmetically in the Outfitter to show its appearance on your character while using a higher-level weapon in your Gear tab for stats.

How to Get: Retired Veterans

This is not a direct screenshot of the Veteran Offhand Blaster. The file name is thermal-targeters-blaster-pistol-mk-3-8598-thumbnail.png - as far as I can tell it is identical to another weapon, so I re-used the screenshots. There may be small variations that I could not tell apart when comparing thumbnails, previews or item icons.

Sound: GR4

All Blaster Pistols with the GR4 sound type have the same sound, including the Veteran Offhand Blaster. This isn't the official name, and this Blaster Pistol sound type may be labelled something like weaponrangedblasternormal03 in the background of the game.

I do not have a video of the Veteran Offhand Blaster, but you can watch a video of the Experimental Ossan Eliminator's Blaster Pistol weapon to hear the GR4 sound type, which is the same as the Veteran Offhand Blaster.

How to Get Retired Veterans Weapons

Retired Veterans weapons are retired, which means they are no longer obtainable. You might be able to find a similar look-alike weapon below.

Other Names

This weapon has multiple varieties - they are gotten the same way, and look the same, but have different names because they have diferent stats attached to them for gearing variations.

  • Veteran Boltblaster's Offhand Blaster
  • Veteran Targeter's Offhand Blaster
  • Veteran Offhand Blaster

Identical Weapons

These weapons will have an identical or very similar look to the Veteran Offhand Blaster. There's no real name for the appearance, but I've labelled it blasterhigh02a03v03 which may be a name I call all identical weapons, or a name in the game files.
