Righteous Harbinger's Sniper Rifle
The Righteous Harbinger's Sniper Rifle is a Dark Vs Light sniper rifle that can be found in Star Wars: The Old Republic. The Righteous Harbinger's Sniper Rifle can only be used at level 10 and up, but if you are higher than level 10 you can wear it cosmetically in the Outfitter to show its appearance on your character while using a higher-level weapon in your Gear tab for stats. This sniper rifle requires an alignment of Light III or higher to wear. This item is legacy bound, which means it can transferred between your characters by mail or legacy bank.

This is a direct screenshot of the Righteous Harbinger's Sniper Rifle! The file name is thumbnail-righteous-harbingers-sniper-rifle.jpg - as long as I named it right and didn't mix up its name with another weapon, this should be an exact screenshot of this weapon, which I or another player actively owned.
Sound: Exfiltrate
All Sniper Rifles with the Exfiltrate sound type have the same sound, including the Righteous Harbinger's Sniper Rifle. This isn't the official name, and this Sniper Rifle sound type may be labelled something like weaponrangedriflesniperelite05 in the background of the game.
I do not have a video of the Righteous Harbinger's Sniper Rifle, but you can watch a video of the Precise Insurgent's Sniper Rifle weapon to hear the Exfiltrate sound type, which is the same as the Righteous Harbinger's Sniper Rifle.

Dark vs Light Tokens can be earned by defeating Dark vs Light world bosses, which have been re-introduced to the game in Update 7.5.1 and forwards as part of Galactic Seasons.
