Hijacked Imperial Lightsaber
The Hijacked Imperial Lightsaber is a Galactic Seasons Track lightsaber that can be found in Star Wars: The Old Republic. The Hijacked Imperial Lightsaber can be worn at any level in the Outfitter - it's a cosmetic weapon, and has no stats attached to it.
How to Get: Galactic Seasons (Season 5 Track Reward)
This is a direct screenshot of the Hijacked Imperial Lightsaber! The file name is hijacked-imperial-lightsaber-2776-thumbnail.png - as long as I named it right and didn't mix up its name with another weapon, this should be an exact screenshot of this weapon, which I or another player actively owned.
Sound: Korriban
All Lightsabers with the Korriban sound type have the same sound, including the Hijacked Imperial Lightsaber. This isn't the official name, and this Lightsaber sound type may be labelled something like weaponmeleelightsaber12 in the background of the game.
I do not have a video of the Hijacked Imperial Lightsaber, but you can watch a video of the Forcebound Adept's Lightsaber (main hand) weapon to hear the Korriban sound type, which is the same as the Hijacked Imperial Lightsaber.

Galactic Seasons are limited-time events that run for 5 months and cover a wide variety of activities. Track rewards are only available during a specific season, and are then retired.
Retired - How to get the Hijacked Imperial Lightsaber
The Hijacked Imperial Lightsaber was only available on the Season 5 track - it is no longer available to be earned outside of that season. It is essentially retired for players who did not earn it during Season 5.
Identical Weapons
These weapons will have an identical or very similar look to the Hijacked Imperial Lightsaber. There's no real name for the appearance, but I've labelled it uniquesaber_gs05_a01_v01 which may be a name I call all identical weapons, or a name in the game files.
