Affliction
The Affliction is a Galactic Seasons Track lightsaber that can be found in Star Wars: The Old Republic. The Affliction can be worn at any level in the Outfitter - it's a cosmetic weapon, and has no stats attached to it.
How to Get: Galactic Seasons (Season 5 Track Reward)
This is a direct screenshot of the Affliction! The file name is affliction-7165-thumbnail.png - as long as I named it right and didn't mix up its name with another weapon, this should be an exact screenshot of this weapon, which I or another player actively owned.
Sound: Nimble
All Lightsabers with the Nimble sound type have the same sound, including the Affliction. This isn't the official name, and this Lightsaber sound type may be labelled something like weaponmeleelightsaber19 in the background of the game.
I do not have a video of the Affliction, but you can watch a video of the Sith Battlelord's Lightsaber (main hand) weapon to hear the Nimble sound type, which is the same as the Affliction.

Galactic Seasons are limited-time events that run for 5 months and cover a wide variety of activities. Track rewards are only available during a specific season, and are then retired.
Retired - How to get the Affliction
The Affliction was only available on the Season 5 track - it is no longer available to be earned outside of that season. It is essentially retired for players who did not earn it during Season 5.
Identical Weapons
These weapons will have an identical or very similar look to the Affliction. There's no real name for the appearance, but I've labelled it uniquesaber_gs05_a01_v02 which may be a name I call all identical weapons, or a name in the game files.

Similar Appearance Weapons
These weapons will have a similar appearance to the Affliction, either in the same family of weapons or have some similar features. There's no real name for the appearance type, but I've labelled it lightsaberAfflication which may be a name I called all similar weapons, or a name in the game files.

These Lightsaber weapons will have the same sound as the Hijacked Imperial Lightsaber. There's no real name for the sound, but I've called it 'Nimble' it may be called something like weaponmeleelightsaber19 in the game files.
